Harshal Magdum

I’m Harshal Magdum. I live and work in Sangli, specifically at 26 Brahamapadma. It’s near the Meera Housing Society on Madhav Nagar Road. The pin code is 416416. Sangli is a good place to be, and this neighborhood is fairly quiet. I’ve set up my workspace here so I can stay on top of things without having to travel too far. It’s not a large company with a lot of employees. It’s mostly just me taking care of the daily operations. I like the independence of working for myself. I don't follow a strict corporate schedule, but I do make sure I get everything done. My office is basically a room in my house with a sturdy table and my computer. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just life in this part of town. I don't really have a mission statement or anything like that. I just try to be useful and do a good job. People in the Meera Housing Society area generally know who I am. I’ve been here for a while now. I find that being in a smaller city like Sangli makes life a bit more manageable. You don't have the same rush as you do in places like Mumbai. I spend a lot of time reading and making sure I understand what needs to be done next. It’s a decent way to earn a living and I plan to stay right here.
