Our shop is tucked inside the Sidhivinayak Complex at No. 121314. It’s right near the Tata Petrol Pump, so it’s pretty easy to find once you know the landmark. We spend most of our time dealing with broken screens, slow laptops, and all the usual computer headaches people bring in. It can get a bit crowded in here when a lot of customers show up at once. There's always parts lying around and the smell of solder in the air. We’ve been at this guest house location for a bit, and we know most of the regulars who pass by. It's not a big corporate showroom, just a place where things get fixed. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your machine. Sometimes we can fix it right then, other times it takes a few days if we need to order a specific part. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. We try to be fair about things. Dealing with technology is frustrating for most folks, so we just try to keep it simple. If it's broken, we look at it. If it’s not worth fixing, we tell you that too. It’s just us here, working through the pile of repairs every day. The shelves are full of old monitors and towers we use for parts. It is a bit dusty, but we know where everything is.
