We are located out in Rethare Dharan, which is in the Walwa Taluka of Sangli district. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but the surroundings are very different from the big cities. The air is cleaner and you see a lot of green fields all around. Our place is pretty straightforward and built for the work we do. We don't have any of the fancy stuff you might find in a Pune or Mumbai office. It is just a practical building with some space for our operations and storage. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages. We know the local area well and have been part of this community for a long time. The workday usually starts quite early before it gets too hot. We spend a lot of time on the floor or checking the equipment. It is a hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two in the afternoon but we just use that time to catch up on other things. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the jobs finished and making sure everything is shipped out on time. It is a simple life and a simple way of working. We take pride in just doing a good day's work and then heading home when we are finished.
