We are based over in Sangli, right near the Dutta Mandir in Visharambhag. Most people know the spot because of the temple nearby. Consortium Construction Solution Ltd Pune has been operating out of Plot No 122 in the Gayatrinagar Govt Colony for a while now. It’s a busy area and we try to keep things moving with our building projects. We handle a lot of the structural work and site management that comes with new builds. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how construction goes. There are a few of us here who have been in the trade for years. We aren't doing anything fancy, just solid work that people need. Sometimes we are out on sites in Pune, but the office here in Sangli is where we organize the paperwork. The traffic around the colony can be a bit much in the mornings. We usually start early to beat the heat. The tea stall around the corner is where we end up talking about the day's plans. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just have our desks, some old blueprints, and a lot of phone calls to make to suppliers. Getting materials on time is always the biggest headache we face. But we manage. People stop by the office when they have questions about their house plans. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. That’s just the way we do things here.
