Our office is at Kore Gold, number 13, in the Pujari Plot area of Vishrambag, Sangli. It’s a local spot and most people in the neighborhood know where Kore Gold is. The office is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for visitors and some desks where we sit and do our work. Sangli is a nice place to be, and Vishrambag is a decent area with a lot of local shops around. We don’t have a big flashy entrance or anything like that. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We don’t talk much about "visions" or "goals," we just focus on getting the day's work finished so we can go home. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news or what's happening in the town. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and folders, but we know where everything is. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It feels more like a small family business where everyone knows each other well. We don't have a dress code, so you'll usually see us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. We just try to stay on top of our responsibilities and keep the office running smoothly without making a fuss about it.
