Our place is at Plot No-3 in Phase I of the Industrial Area. Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd has been a fixture here for a long time. It’s a massive plot of land, and there is always the sound of heavy machinery running in the background. If you walk through the gates, you’ll see piles of raw metal and various steel products waiting to be moved by the cranes. It’s not a pretty site by any means; it’s an industrial workplace through and through. The sun beats down on the metal sheds and it can get incredibly hot during the summer months. Our workers are a tough bunch who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the equipment and keep things moving safely. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or fancy logos on everything. We just focus on the daily tasks of producing and moving steel to where it needs to go. The office is a bit of a trek from the main gate, and it’s where we try to keep the paperwork from flying away in the wind. We handle a lot of logistics every day, and it can get stressful when things don't go according to plan. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of our work is done with our hands and heavy machines. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it at Plot No-3 for years.
