Shanthi Hotel & Fast Food

Started the place here in Tharamangalam quite some time back. Salem gets really hot in the summer, and we see that in the shop every day. People come in from the main road looking for a quick bite or something to drink. Most of the time it’s just locals or people passing through the area. We open up early to get the stove going and start prep for the day. It’s a busy spot especially when there’s a festival or something happening nearby. My staff has been around for a bit, and we just keep things moving. We don't do anything fancy here, just the usual items you'd expect at a fast food joint in this part of town. Sometimes the rush is a lot to handle, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home and stops by. You can hear the traffic outside and the noise of the kitchen. We try to keep things clean, but it's a constant job with so many people coming in and out all day long. Tharamangalam has changed a bit over the years, more shops and bikes on the road now. We just stay in our corner and do what we do. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local business trying to get through the day and make sure nobody leaves hungry. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is too big, but that's just how it goes in a small town place like this.
