Hotel Citadel

Hotel Citadel has its office space over at Ms-Office in Bangalore. To be honest, the address is a bit confusing because the pin code 636810 actually points towards a different area, but this is where we are registered. We are right in the middle of the Karnataka hub. The office isn't actually a hotel itself; it’s where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a regular office building with a lot of other businesses sharing the space. We have a few rooms where the management and accounting staff spend their days. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, which is a contrast to the busy Bangalore streets outside. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just whiteboards with notes scrawled on them and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been operating out of this India location for some time now. The staff here is used to the daily grind of the city. We catch the bus or ride our bikes to get in every morning. There’s a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually gather for a break when things get slow. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy headquarters. We just need a place that works so we can keep the hotel side of things running smoothly. It’s a simple, functional setup that suits us just fine. Most days are just about getting through the tasks and making sure everything is in order.
