P Mangalaramanan is the name on the door here at 42 51 3rd New Street in Ponnammapet. We operate under the name Mba Hr. Salem can get really warm, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze coming through the street. 3rd New Street is a typical busy spot in Ponnammapet. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few cupboards for files and a couple of tables for the computers. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. We spend the morning going through records and the afternoon making calls. The traffic noise from outside is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Being an HR focused setup in this part of town means we see a lot of different people. We aren't trying to be some big city firm. We just do the work that needs doing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but for now, they are fine. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. Ponnammapet is a good area because everything is close by. We just try to stay organized and keep the Mba Hr office running as best as we can without making things too complicated. That's just how we do things here on 3rd New Street.
