Ge Genpact

Salem is a place with a lot of history, and being near the Fort gives our location a bit of character. Our office is pretty simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass walls or fancy lounges you see in big cities. It’s just a solid place to work. We handle various business processes and keep track of a lot of moving parts for our clients. The team here is small and we mostly just focus on getting our daily tasks finished without much fuss. We don't do a lot of talking about innovation or excellence; we just do the work as best as we can and move on to the next thing. Christian Pet is a quiet enough area for the most part, which helps us stay focused. Sometimes the local kids play outside, and you can hear the sounds of the city coming through the windows. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we’re always here if someone needs to drop off documents or talk about a project. It’s just a regular office at 9 A, doing what we do every day.
