You can find us on the 1st floor at K 45 18 on Aiyavu Street. We’re in South Udayarpalayam, which is part of the Attur area in Salem district. The pin code here is 638 108. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get to Aiyavu Street, we aren't too hard to find. The office is right above a local shop. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for the few of us who work here for Aircel Ltd. We deal with the local billing and network issues for the people around Attur. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who come by or checking the equipment we have set up. It’s a quiet town compared to the big cities, so things move a bit slower here. We like it that way. We know most of the people who walk past our building every day. The office isn't modern or high-tech looking. We have some wooden desks, a few old cupboards for filing, and some plastic chairs for visitors. We open up early in the morning and close by the evening. Sometimes we stay a bit later if there's a problem with the signal that needs fixing. We just do our work and don't worry about being fancy. It’s a local operation and we’ve been part of this street for a long time. We mostly just drink our coffee and keep the systems running.
