Our business, Live Grand Hotels Private Limited, is run from 34F Kamakoti Street in the Fairlands area of Salem. Fairlands is a pretty well-known part of town, and we’ve been here in the 636016 area for some time. It’s a decent place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of the city, but it’s still got plenty of activity. We don't have a giant headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward office where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent on the computer or talking to people about the hotels. We aren't big fans of fancy titles or corporate rules. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or fixing the printer. The street outside is usually okay, though it can get a bit tight when people park their cars on both sides. We’ve lived and worked in Salem for a long time, so we’re used to how things go here. We don't try to sound like a massive chain; we're just local people doing our jobs. It’s an honest setup, and we try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. If you walk down Kamakoti Street, you’ll see us there, just another building in a busy neighborhood. We’ve got a routine that works for us, and we stick to it every single day.
