Hotel Sri Parasakthi

Our place is tucked away in Shevapet on Venkatappa Road. Being at number 55/36 puts us right near the GH Old Main Gate, so there is always a lot of movement around here. Salem can be a noisy city, especially in this part of town with the hospital traffic and people rushing back and forth. We’ve been operating Hotel Sri Parasakthi for some time now and it’s mostly just a routine for us. We open up early, get the lights on, and wait for the first group of people to come in. Most of our customers are folks visiting the hospital or locals who live around Shevapet. We don't have some big corporate story to tell you. It’s just a small business trying to keep things running. Sometimes the street gets blocked with parked bikes and we have to go out and ask people to move them. That’s just how it is in this neighborhood. The 636002 area is always lively. We spend a lot of our time just making sure everything is ready for the lunch hour because that is when it gets really crowded. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in Salem, just a reliable one where you know what you’re getting. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to it by now. Just a regular spot on Venkatappa Road. We don't have much else to say except that we are here if you're passing by the hospital gate.
