Hotel Shiva Surya

We are situated at 1st Agraharam in Salem. It’s right near the Tippu Sultan School. The street is usually full of bikes and people walking to and from the shops. This part of Salem is quite old and has a lot of history. Our building number is 32/192. It isn't a huge place, just a standard hotel setup for people visiting the city. We get a lot of parents and students because of the school nearby. The morning hours are the loudest. You can hear the school bells and the children playing. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they live around here or someone told them about us. The rooms are basic. We keep them tidy, but don't expect any luxury. It’s just a place to sleep and wash up. The staff stays busy with chores. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It's just a business in a busy street. Salem gets quite hot in the summer, so the ceiling fans are always on. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we have a small generator for that. We've been here for a while and we know all the neighbors. It’s a quiet life inside compared to the street outside. We just do our work and go home. People seem to appreciate having a spot that is easy to reach.
