Well Make Engineering Co. is at A-28 in the Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase-Ii. It is a gritty part of the city where people really work hard. Our unit is a bit old and the metal doors can be stubborn sometimes. We’ve been here for years. Inside, it’s always busy with the sound of machines and tools. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a small corner for the desk and the ledger. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor. It gets very hot under the tin roof when the sun is out. We just drink plenty of water and keep the fans going. Our neighbors in Phase-Ii are all doing similar work. We hear the grinding and hammering from the other shops all day long. The roads around here are a bit rough, especially when the big trucks are moving. We don't have a website or any promotional stuff. We just focus on the engineering jobs we have in front of us. It’s a very simple and practical way to run a business. We take pride in just getting the work done right. We don't need any corporate slogans to tell us what to do. The work is hard, but it’s honest. We stay until the jobs are finished and then we do it all again the next morning.
