Bhalla Engg Works

Bhalla Engg Works is situated at F-61 in Phase-7 of S.A.S. Nagar. This is the main industrial area here. We’ve been operating from this unit for quite a while now. It’s a standard industrial shed like most others in this phase. We do engineering work, mostly focused on metal fabrication and parts. The workshop is always full of tools and raw materials. It can look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We have a small group of skilled workers. Some of them have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the jobs done. S.A.S. Nagar has become a big hub, so there’s always something happening around us. We get our steel from local suppliers. Our days are spent measuring, cutting, and welding. It’s honest work that leaves your hands dirty at the end of the shift. The office is just a cabin at the front where we talk to customers. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a fancy brochure. People usually just call us or drop by the gate. We take on all sorts of small and medium projects. It’s just a regular engineering shop trying to do things correctly. We like being in Phase-7; it’s convenient for everyone involved. We just keep the welding machines going.
