Our workshop at Rollcon Engineering Company is over at D-136 in the Industrial Area Phase -7 of Mohali. It is a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the street, but we have everything we need inside. We spend our days working on engineering projects, mostly dealing with industrial rollers and heavy components. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there is always someone welding or grinding something in a corner. We have a few big machines that take up most of the space. It’s a small operation with a handful of dedicated guys who have been doing this for years. The office part of the building is just a few desks shoved into a corner where we manage the paperwork and take orders. Mohali Phase-7 is a busy spot with lots of similar businesses nearby, so there is always activity on the road outside. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. People find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving by. We just show up every morning, put on our overalls, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the floor. It’s practical, hands-on work that doesn't need much explanation. We just make sure the parts are built to the right specs and delivered on time to our clients.
