Royal Restaurant sweets and caterers

Our shop is located at Plot No.164 in Sector 80, Mohali. We are right on the main road in the Mauli Baidwan area, not too far from the Gurudwara. We do a mix of things here, from selling sweets over the counter to doing catering for events. We even go out to Chandigarh if someone asks us to help with a function. The kitchen is quite large because we need the space to make big batches of sweets and food. It gets very hot and sticky in there when we are boiling sugar or frying things. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit and eat, as most of our business is for take-away or catering orders. We are just a local team of cooks and workers. We don't have any formal business training, we just know how to make food that people like. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have five different orders going out at once. My family members help out with the deliveries and the cleaning. We've been in this spot for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't use fancy boxes, just the plain ones that keep the food safe. It is hard work and long hours, especially during the festivals, but we just keep at it. People know us for being here and doing the work, and that is enough for us.
