Govt. Primary School

Our Govt. Primary School is tucked away in Mohali Phesh-1. It’s a small place compared to the big offices and buildings around this part of the city. We have a few rooms where the younger kids sit for their daily lessons. It's mostly quiet until the bell rings for the lunch break and everyone runs out. Being a government school, we don't have a lot of fancy equipment or new technology, but the walls are covered with drawings and charts that the kids made themselves. The building has seen better days and maybe needs a bit of paint here and there, but it serves its purpose for the community. We see a lot of families from the local Phase 1 area bringing their children here every morning. It’s a convenient spot for them because it's so close to home. The staff here are mostly local people too. We spend a lot of time just making sure the kids stay on track with their basic reading and writing. It’s a simple life here at the school. In the winters, the sun hits the courtyard nicely, which is where everyone likes to stand and talk. We don’t have a big gate or a security guard, just a regular entrance where parents wait at the end of the day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the kids are playing, but that’s fine. We just try to do our jobs and make sure the day goes by smoothly.
