We are set up at Arvind Villa in the Mangalam Homes area. It is really close to the railway station, which is handy for anyone coming into Rewa. Specifically, we are in the Godahara O&M Circle. Bharti Sharma is the person we are listed under here. It is a bit of a home-office vibe, not a big industrial complex. We focus on agro work, like many others in this part of Madhya Pradesh. Being near the tracks means we hear the trains go by all day, which you just get used to after a while. We are not some big, polished company from a city skyscraper. We are just local people working on local agro projects. The office is simple and functional. We spend our time on the phone, on the computer, and sometimes out in the field. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy or anything like that. We just try to get the work finished. Sometimes we have tea and talk about the business, and other times it is just quiet work. We have been here for a while and the location works well for us. We do not have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up and do what needs to be done for Anayshree Agro. It is straightforward and honest work in a quiet part of Rewa.
