We are Vindhyakshetra Farmer Producer Company Limited, based out of Barikala village. If you are looking for us, we are mostly around Mohan Devi’s place in the Raghurajnagar area near Satna. Farming in this part of Madhya Pradesh isn't always easy, and that’s basically why we started this whole thing. We are just a group of local farmers from Post Sagmaniya who wanted to stop getting pushed around by the middle guys. Most of us grew up here, so we know the land in 485114 pretty well. We spend our days dealing with the crops and the cows, and then we meet up to figure out how to buy seeds cheaper or where to sell our stuff. It's a bit messy sometimes, and we don't always agree on everything, but it's better than working alone. We aren't some big city corporation with a shiny office. We are just people from the village trying to make a living. You might see us sitting under a tree talking about the rain or the price of diesel. It’s practical work. We don't have any fancy promises to make, just that we are going to keep farming and trying to help our families get by. Mohan Devi and the rest of us just want to make sure the village stays on its feet. It's just simple people doing what they've always done, just a bit more organized now.
