Walaja Agatheeswarar Farmer Producer is located at No 133 on Big Street. This is in the Thenkadapanthangal village and post area, which is part of the Ranipet District. We are right on Big Street, which, despite the name, is just a regular road through our village. Our office is a simple place where we gather to talk about the local farming situation. Since we are a farmer producer group, we have a lot of members from around the Ranipet area who stop by to discuss their crops and how to get them to market. The building is an old one, but it is solid and stays cool enough during the summer months. We don't have any fancy receptionists or high-tech gadgets, just a few ledgers and a place to sit. Most of our work happens out in the fields anyway, but this is where we come together to make the big decisions. Thenkadapanthangal is a friendly place and we are glad to be rooted here. We have been doing this for a while and we know that farming is hard work that doesn't always pay off like you hope. We just try to support each other and make sure the local farmers have a voice. If you come down Big Street, you will see our sign. There is usually someone here having a tea and talking about the rain or the price of supplies. We keep it real and simple for everyone involved.
