Our office is located at No.218, Bazaar Street in Kodaikal Village, which is near Sholinghur. The full name we use for official things is Sholinghur Shree Yoga Narashimmhar Collective Farm Producer Company Limited. It’s a long name that reflects the local area and the spirit of the place. Bazaar Street is usually quite lively, with people buying and selling things all day. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It is a collective, meaning a bunch of us farmers from the village and surrounding areas work together. The 218 Bazaar Street address is where we meet to plan things out and handle the money side of the farming. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some shelves for files and a table where we sit and talk. It can get a bit cramped when more than five people show up at once. Since we are in Kodaikal Village, everyone knows where the Bazaar is, so finding us isn't too hard. We don't do any big advertising or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a group of neighbors trying to make the collective work. The work is mostly about checking on the crops and making sure the records for the producer company are kept up to date. It’s just normal daily life for us here.
