Swajit Agro Industry Producer Company Limited operates out of Ranipet, which is in the Vellore district of Tamil Nadu. Our office is located in an apartment building on East 2nd Cross Street, specifically Apartment 2B on the first floor. The building is near the Railway Station Road, so we can often hear the trains passing by throughout the day. Ranipet is an industrial town and it can get incredibly hot and humid during the summer months. We keep the office windows open when there is a breeze, but mostly we just rely on the ceiling fans. Our space is not very large, it is just a regular apartment that we converted into an office. We have a few tables pushed together and some chairs for visitors. We spend our time coordinating with different groups and managing the industrial side of our agro business. It is a quiet place to work compared to the busy main roads. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have any expensive marketing materials or a polished corporate look. We are just local people who know the area well. Sometimes we have meetings in the small living room area of the apartment. It is a relaxed environment where we can speak plainly with each other. We have been at this location for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly without costing too much in rent.
