Our place is out in Gagillapur Village, over in the Qutabullapur Mandal area near Jeedimetla. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where we have the space for Redson Engineers Pvt Ltd to operate properly. It’s more of an industrial setting than a city office. There’s plenty of dust and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant during the day. We have a large shed and some office rooms that are strictly for business. We don't spend money on decorations or anything like that because it wouldn't last long with the work we do. Most of our days are spent checking on fabrication or looking over project schedules. It’s physical work and the environment is quite rugged. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while, and everyone just gets on with their tasks. The local roads can be a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits, but we manage to keep the deliveries moving. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just stand around a table and discuss what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you come to visit, don't expect a lobby with air conditioning. You’ll mostly see people in work gear and a lot of steel and equipment lying around. It’s just the way it is here.
