Ananthaiah Pinidi Girni

This is Ananthaiah Pinidi Girni. We are located at H No 1-56 in Cheelapur village. It's a part of the Pudur mandal. It's a small place, mostly just the machinery and a bit of space for people to wait while we work. We've been doing this for a while now. The village is small, so almost everyone knows where the mill is. We grind whatever the local farmers or families bring in, like grain or spices. It gets quite dusty, and the noise from the machines is loud during the day, but that’s just how a girni works. I usually open up early in the morning because that's when most people like to come by before they head out to the fields. The address is 1-56, right in the heart of Cheelapur. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. People just show up with their bags of grain. Some days are busier than others, especially after the harvest season.
