ZONAAR CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is based out of a house in Shanti Nagar. Most people in Ghoraban know the Gorai family, and that is where we operate from. It is a local operation through and through. We do construction work around the Kanputta area. It isn't a massive company with a hundred trucks. It’s more like a few of us who know how to build things properly. We take on jobs like house foundations or small commercial sheds. I grew up around here, so I know the soil and the way the land works. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a wall needs building, we build it. Most of our tools are kept in a shed at the back. It gets quite dusty around Shanti Nagar, especially when the trucks go by. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors about their projects. Sometimes we help people out with advice even if they aren't hiring us for the whole job. It feels more like a community thing than a big business. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot to work outside. Monika and Budheshwar help keep things organized on the paper side of things, which is good because I'd rather be out on the site. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
