Neelam Developers is based in the Arjun Complex on Main Station Road in Madha Nagar. Being so close to the station means there is a constant stream of people passing by our door. It’s a loud and dusty area, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our building plans and site records. We aren't a big corporation with offices in every city. We are just local people who build things here in Madha Nagar. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, wearing boots and checking on the masonry or the wiring. It’s hard work and it gets very hot in the afternoons. We don't have a polished way of talking about our projects. We just show people the progress and explain what’s being built. The office is usually a mess of site photos and architectural drawings. We’ve seen this neighborhood change from small houses to larger complexes. We don't have any slogans or special promises. We just try to finish the buildings on time, though sometimes the rain or material shortages make that difficult. Most of our clients are people who have lived in this area for a long time. They just walk in and ask us what’s new. We sit down, have some water, and talk about the plots.
