Zaina Homes is located right in Rospa Tower on the Main Road here in Ranchi. If you’ve spent any time in the city, you definitely know Rospa Tower; it’s a bit of a landmark. Being on the Main Road means we are right in the middle of everything. The noise of the traffic is constant, but it’s a good kind of energy. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a busy place with lots of different businesses, so there are always people moving through the corridors. Our office isn't massive, but it’s where we handle all the home-related stuff. We have some catalogs and folders stacked up on the desks. It feels more like a workshop than a fancy showroom sometimes. We prefer it that way because it keeps things grounded and real. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for something specific for their houses. We try to keep it simple and just talk to them like neighbors. We don't use any of those big sales pitches you might hear elsewhere. We just show what we have and explain how it works. Living in Ranchi, you get used to the rhythm of the city, and our office life follows that same beat. It’s a reliable spot for us and we’re usually here from morning until the market starts to wind down in the evening. There is always someone around to answer a question or help out with a home project.
