Dlf is located at Qr. No B-53 in Sector 3 of Dhurwa, Ranchi. This is where Imran Ahmad and the rest of the team spend our days. It’s a modest place in a quiet part of town. We mostly look after the local administrative side of things. There is no big sign on the door or a fancy lobby to wait in. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you. We have a few computers that have been around for years and a lot of paper files. Ranchi is a nice place to work, even if it gets a bit slow sometimes. We don't have a mission statement or a set of values printed on the walls. We just show up on time and do what we said we would do. If there’s a problem with a file or a local site, we just go out and look at it ourselves. We don't like to spend too much time in meetings that don't lead anywhere. We’d rather just fix the issue and move on to the next thing. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and documents, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We are just local people doing a job in Jharkhand and trying to do it well enough to keep going.
