We are located in Fortune Plaza right in Ashok Nagar. If you know where Gate Number 4 is, we are directly opposite that. Our office is a busy little space in the middle of Ranchi. We've been doing this for a while, working on different types of building projects around the city. Most of the work involves architectural plans and getting things ready for construction. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations here. Usually, it's just a lot of blueprints and coffee. Ashok Nagar is a central spot, so we see a lot of different people coming in with various ideas for their property. Sometimes it’s a small shop, other times it’s a whole house. We just sit down and see what the space allows. Being in the 834001 area means we're pretty accessible to everyone. We handle the technical side of things so the builders know what they are doing. It's practical work. We’ve seen Ranchi change a lot from our window in Fortune Plaza. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project on the table. No two days are the same here, but the goal is always just to get the lines straight and the budget to make sense. If you're near the plaza, that's where you'll find Akriti Associates. We aren't hard to spot once you get to Gate Number 4.
