Vijay Hitech Developers Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No:- C/97 in B-Block on Dispensary Road. This is over in Sonari, East Singhbhum. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, but things are always picking up around here. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Our office is a bit of a mess sometimes with rolls of paper and samples of tiles or bricks lying around. That’s just the nature of development work. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day in a clean shirt. Most of us are usually out at a site or checking on how a project is moving along. Sonari is a good place to be based. We’ve seen a lot of growth in East Singhbhum lately, and it’s interesting to be a part of it. We don't go in for big, fancy presentations. Usually, it's just a conversation over a cup of tea about what can be built where. We’ve had some long days where things don't go to plan, but that’s just how construction goes. The weather can be a pain, or materials show up late. We just deal with it as it comes. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for a long time.
