YOGRA ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Yogra Engineering and Construction Services is an OPC, or a one-person company, run by Saroj Kumar Pal. We are based at Nepal House in the Doranda area of Ranchi. The office is quite close to the PHED building, which makes it easy for people to find us among all the other government and technical offices. It’s a small space, really just enough for a desk, a computer, and a few chairs for when clients come to visit. Doranda is always buzzing with activity, so it’s a lively place to work. We don't have any big signs or a dedicated marketing team. Saroj handles most of the engineering plans and the coordination from this small room. The office is filled with rolls of blueprints and technical books. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want a quiet place to get the calculations right. Most of the actual construction work happens far away from Nepal House, but this is where the brain of the operation sits. It’s a straightforward business without any extra layers. We focus on the engineering details and making sure the construction services are handled properly. If you drop by, you’ll find a simple, hardworking atmosphere where the focus is entirely on the projects at hand. We like the local feel of Doranda and plan to stay here.
