Our office is located over on Kanke Road, right near the famous Ram Bhandar. Most people know that spot because of the food, so it makes finding us a lot easier. We are tucked away in Dhawan Nagar, specifically at Khata-318. Om Prakash Mehta’s place is where we set up our base for the building and development work we do. It’s a bit of a crowded area, especially on weekends when everyone is out, but it keeps things interesting. We aren’t a huge firm with a glass building. Instead, we work out of a regular space where we can actually talk to people. Dealing with land and construction in Ranchi takes a lot of patience. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on sites around the city. The office isn't always quiet, as there is usually someone coming in to talk about a project or a piece of land. We try to keep things organized, even when the paperwork starts piling up. Being near the main road helps with getting around to different sites quickly. Most of the time, you’ll find one of us drinking tea and going over some blueprints. It is a simple way of working, focusing on what needs to be built next. We know the local rules and how things move here, which helps avoid some of the usual headaches. Come by if you are in the neighborhood, we are usually around during the day.
