VIJASHA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Vijasha Constructions Private Limited is located at the home of Vijasha Ray in Virindawan Colony. We are specifically on Road Number 5 in the Boriya area. It’s a nice, quiet residential colony, which makes for a peaceful place to handle our administrative work. We aren’t some huge corporation with a glass building downtown; we are a local business that operates right out of the neighborhood. Most of our time isn't actually spent in the office anyway; we are usually out at different sites making sure the work is actually getting done. Boriya is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we started. We don’t really use marketing slogans or try to sound more important than we are. We just take on building projects and work through them step by step. Sometimes we run into problems with the weather or getting the right workers, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. Our setup is very basic—just a few computers and a lot of notebooks for tracking our progress. We like the fact that our neighbors know us and that we are part of the local community. It keeps us accountable. We aren't looking to expand into some massive firm; we just want to keep doing solid work for the people who hire us. It’s a practical way to live, and we enjoy seeing the physical progress on our projects every single week.
