VARDHAN HEIGHTS LLP

VARDHAN HEIGHTS LLP is based out of Pasa House on Circular Road. We are pretty close to Lalpur Chowk, which is a landmark everyone in Ranchi knows. If you're stuck in traffic there, you're not far from us. We don't have a giant sign or anything, but we've been in this spot for a while. Our work involves heights, mostly apartments and bigger buildings. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and making sure the supplies show up on time. Circular Road is always moving, and so are we. The office at Pasa House is where we sit down to figure out the budgets and the schedules. Sometimes things go according to plan, and sometimes the weather in Jharkhand has other ideas. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build. Some of us have been in this industry for years, and we've seen how the skyline of Ranchi is slowly getting taller. It’s a small team here. We handle the emails and the phone calls, and then we head out to see how the actual construction is going. It's not a flashy lifestyle. We drink a lot of tea and look at a lot of concrete. If you need to find us, just head toward Lalpur Chowk and look for Pasa House. We’re usually there during the week, trying to keep everything on track without too much fuss. It is just how the business goes for us.
