We are based at Pitamber Residency in Dumardaga, specifically in Flat 502 B of Block A. Ranjan Kumar Ram is the one who keeps everything running here. We are in the Booty area of Ranchi, which is a bit quieter than the main city center. Our business is all about building, and we have been doing it for a while now. We do not have a fancy office with a secretary or anything like that. It is just us working out of the residency and going out to meet clients or check on the guys at the sites. We handle things like house construction and general building work. Sometimes it is just small repairs, other times it is a whole new floor. We are not the kind of company that uses big words to describe what we do. We just build. The roads around Dumardaga can be a bit rough for the heavy trucks, but we have figured out the best routes over time. We try to be fair with our workers and our clients. Sometimes things do not go exactly to plan—maybe the weather turns bad or we run out of a certain type of stone—but we always finish what we start. We are not trying to be famous. We just want to be known as the people who do the job they said they would do. That is enough for us. We keep our tools ready and our plans simple.
