We are located on the ground floor at 822/A2 on Radium Road. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Krishna Apartment in Cassco Lane. Trayambkeshwar Developers is run by a few of us, including Tajendra Prasad. Radium Road is a well-known spot in Ranchi, so it’s easy for people to find the office. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and coffee machines. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about building projects. Developing land around here is a lot of back-and-forth. You have to talk to a lot of different people just to get one wall up. We spend our days driving between the office and various sites around the city. Traffic in Ranchi can be a nightmare, so we’re often running a bit late, but we always get there. We don't have a marketing department. We just rely on doing the work and letting people see it for themselves. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when costs go up or the weather turns bad. But we like the work. There is something satisfying about seeing a project through to the end. We are just regular people trying to make a living in the construction business. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the process for anyone.
