Tabrez Constructions Private Limited is based in Ormanjhi, specifically in the Harchanda area. We are located with Zamruddin Ansari. It’s a straightforward construction business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to handle our public image. Most of the people around Ormanjhi know us just from seeing us out on the job. We handle the basic stuff—digging, laying bricks, and putting up structures. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. The office in Harchanda is really just a place to store the tools and meet up in the mornings. We work with local people and try to keep things moving along as best as we can. Jharkhand weather can be unpredictable, so we’ve learned to work around the heat and the rain. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just talk about the work. If there is a problem on-site, we go there and fix it. That's the only way to stay in business in a place like this. We deal with the daily headaches of broken equipment and late deliveries without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how construction goes. We like being in Ormanjhi and we plan on staying here, just doing the work one day at a time.
