Swach Buildtech Private Limited

We are over here in Hinoo, Ranchi, right across from Indira Palace. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the traffic heading toward the airport. Our office is on the first floor of Sultania Bhawan. Sanjay Sultania is the one who handles things around here. We have been operating Swach Buildtech out of this spot for a while now. It is just a regular office setup, nothing too fancy or flashy. We spend most of our time dealing with building materials and site plans. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. That is just how things go in this part of town. People stop by to ask about construction work or just to say hello since we are right on the main road. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We keep some old files stacked in the corner because there is never enough space. It gets dusty with all the road work happening nearby, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jharkhand, just doing what we do. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on workers. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you are ever near Indira Palace, you will see our sign. It is a local operation run by local people who know the streets of Ranchi pretty well.
