Sumandeep Infrastructure Private Limited is located over at Shivjee Nagarhatia. We use the address of Deepanshu Kumar near Birsa Chowk to run things. It’s a very central spot in the city, so it’s easy for our guys to meet up before heading out to different sites. We don’t have a big fancy office building with a lot of glass and steel. It’s more of a home-base setup where we handle the day-to-day admin work. Most of our time is spent out on the road or at various infrastructure projects. Being near Birsa Chowk is great because everyone knows the landmark, but the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we just take things as they come. There isn't a lot of fancy talk here. We just discuss what needs to be built and how much it’s going to cost. Our team is small, so everyone knows each other well. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. Usually, someone knows someone we worked for, and that’s how we get our next job. It’s a simple way to run a business. We just try to stay busy and make sure the work we do is solid. No big promises or slogans, just everyday infrastructure work being done by a local team in a regular part of town. We are just keeping things moving one project at a time.
