Sukhiram Buildcon is based out of Ranchi, specifically in the New Nagar area. We are located right across from Vivek Memorial School in Bandhgari. The office is actually care of Sukhi Devi, so it feels more like a home-based thing than a cold, professional office building. Dipatoli Bariatu is a decent neighborhood, and we have been working out of here for some time now. We do construction work all around the city. It is a private limited company, but it does not feel like a big corporation when you walk through the door. Usually, there is some tea going and a lot of papers scattered on the desks. We focus on building and general site work. Ranchi is growing very fast these days, so there is always something that needs to be done. The school across the street gets pretty loud during the day, but we do not mind much. It actually helps people find our location easily. We are not the type to use big words or make a lot of noise about what we do. We just show up at the site and do the manual labor. Some days are quite long, especially when the heavy rains hit Jharkhand in the summer. Our crew is mostly local guys who know the streets of Ranchi like the back of their hand. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not flashy.
