Sukanya Engicon Private Limited is run out of Ghosh Bhawan. It’s House No-1448/C on Mukti Saran Lane in Lalpur. Lalpur is one of those places in Ranchi that never seems to stop, and we are right in the middle of it. We are an engineering and construction firm, though we don't have a big shiny office building. Using a house as our headquarters feels more natural to us. It’s where we do all our meetings and keep our blueprints. We are a local business and we’ve been around the Ranchi area for a long time. We don't use corporate language or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to manage construction projects. Mukti Saran Lane is a busy little street, and we’ve gotten to know all the local shopkeepers over the years. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to sell ourselves. We just let our work speak for itself. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are problems on the site that we have to fix, but that's just how this business is. We are honest about what we can do and we don't make empty promises. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us with a cup of tea, looking over some new plans. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing business, which is how we like it.
