Stability Infrastructure is located over in Vikash Nagar, Road Number 2. We are at house number 45, care of Jaimala. It’s a quiet spot in Hesag where we manage all our construction and infrastructure projects. We chose the name because we wanted to focus on building things that don't fall down. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of careful work. We spend our mornings going over plans and making sure we have enough cement and steel for the day's tasks. The office is really just a room with some chairs and a big table for maps and drawings. We aren't corporate people. We wear boots and get our hands dirty on the sites. Living and working in Hesag means we know the people around here. We handle a variety of jobs, from fixing roads to helping with foundations. We don't have a polished pitch for customers. We just show them what we've built before. Most of our guys have been with us for years. We deal with the usual problems like late deliveries or bad weather, but we find a way to work around it. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. You won't find any flashy signs, just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. That’s how we’ve always run things here on Road Number 2. It keeps us active and we like being part of the local growth.
