SRTS Buildcon is based out of Bariatu Basti here in Ranchi. We work out of a space cared for by Rajiya Begam. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Being in Bariatu means we are close to the heart of things but still tucked away in the neighborhood. We do a lot of general construction work. It’s mostly residential stuff or small commercial jobs that need a steady hand. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from neighbors and people who have seen us working on other houses in the area. We get to the office early to load up the truck. Ranchi is growing fast, so there is always something that needs fixing or building. We handle the paperwork and the planning right from the Basti. It’s a practical setup. We know the local soil and the local climate, which helps when you're trying to build something that lasts. Some days the rain makes things difficult, but that’s just how it goes in Jharkhand. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the job, see what’s needed, and get to it. If you walk through Bariatu, you’ll probably see us or one of our crews. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just want to do a decent job so people call us back next time.
