Our company, Sidhu Kanhu Construction Private Limited, is based in Ramgarh. We are located near the Sidhu Kanhu Maidan, specifically at Ramgarh Cantt Bazaar Tand. It’s a spot that most locals can find without any trouble. We do a lot of building work in the Ramgarh and Hazaribagh region. We chose the name because those were local heroes and we wanted something that felt like home. Our office is a simple place where we keep our plans and talk to clients. We don't have a big staff of receptionists or anything like that. It’s usually just us and a few supervisors. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, making sure the work is going right and the materials are okay. Ramgarh is a busy place, and the heat can be really something in the summer. We’ve learned to start work early to beat the sun. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone sees our sign at a site or hears about us from a friend. We take pride in the fact that we use local labor and try to keep things moving even when the supply chain gets messy. It’s not a glamorous job, and we go home covered in dust most days, but it’s good to see a building go up. We just want to do solid work and keep a good name for ourselves in the bazaar. That’s the main thing for us.
