Our company, Shriyam Buildcon Private Limited, is based at House No-010 in Pahan Toli, which is in the Hehal area of Ranchi. Our pin code is 834005. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and everyone around here knows us. We do construction work, mostly small to medium stuff. It is a family-type atmosphere in our office. We don't really go for the corporate look. The office is just a room in the house where we keep our tools and papers. Most of our day is spent out on the roads checking on progress. Hehal is a good place to be, it’s got a good feel to it. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, we just get to it. Sometimes we run into problems with materials being late or the prices going up unexpectedly, which is frustrating for everyone involved. We just try to handle it as it comes. We aren't some giant firm from the big city with fancy suits. We are just local guys who know how to build things properly and we care about our reputation. We like being part of the community here and we plan to keep doing this for as long as we can. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know and we enjoy the process of building.
