Our place is at Flate No 2C in the Haritage Permeshwari building. This is located on Usha Rani Gali. Shreya Builders & Developers Llp is run by us here, and the address is listed under C/O Gunjan Kumari, who is the wife of Shiv Shankar Kumar. It is a bit of a residential setup which makes it feel more personal than a cold office building. Usha Rani Gali is a narrow street and it can be a bit tricky for parking, but it’s home for the business. We spend our time going over building plans and talking to contractors. Being in an apartment like 2C means we are right there where people live, which makes sense for builders. We have blueprints scattered around and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about development updates. It is not a very big team. We just handle things as they come. Sometimes we are out at construction sites and other times we are here in the flat doing the accounting. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular day of work. It’s a family-linked business and we take that seriously, even if we don't talk about it in a fancy way. We just want to make sure the buildings we are working on are done right. That is pretty much the whole story of what we do at Haritage Permeshwari. We stay busy with the paperwork mostly.
