Shresha Developers Private Limited has its office in Ranchi at Flat No. 202, Rock View Apartment. This is in Hawan Nagar, right on Kanke Road. It is a busy area of Ranchi with a lot of traffic and people moving around. Being on Kanke Road makes it convenient for us to get to different parts of the city. We do a lot of work related to property and building things. The apartment serves as our main hub where we sit down and talk about which project needs what. It’s not a very big office, just a regular flat where we’ve set up some desks and a computer. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors and suppliers. Ranchi has seen a lot of change lately and we are right in the middle of it. The 834008 area is quite well known. We don’t do much fancy stuff, just keep our heads down and try to finish the work we started. It can get pretty hectic when multiple sites are running at once. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most people around Hawan Nagar know where Rock View is. It’s a decent place to work from and the commute isn't too bad for the staff who live nearby. We just keep things simple and try to stay on schedule.
