Our office for Shreehansa Developers Private Limited is tucked away in the New A.G Co-Operative Colony. If you know where the Dav Kapildev School is in Kadru, we are right near there. It’s a busy area, especially when school lets out. Being based in Doranda keeps us central to a lot of what’s happening in town. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of development. It’s not always easy, especially with how much the cost of materials keeps changing lately. We have a small desk setup where we handle the billing and the planning side of things. Most of the real work happens out at the sites, though. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, so we see the same faces quite often. Shreehansa Developers Private Limited isn't some giant corporation from far away; we are right here on the ground. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Sometimes the paperwork at the P.O-Doranda office takes longer than we'd like, but that’s just how it goes. We take things one day at a time. If someone needs to find us, the New A.G Co-Operative Colony location is where we usually grab tea and talk over the next steps for whatever project is currently on the map. It's a lot of phone calls and making sure the labor shows up on time. We just keep at it and hope for good weather each week.
